How does this look guys. I am going to SD for about 5 days...and then I am going to use this routine to cut up and sculpt. I know it is not standard HST...and I usually follow standard HST...so I know the principal work dang well....I love them. But I am going to the beach in about 1 month and I know packing on size in one month is not going to happen so I figured I would just sculpt and cut what I have gained this year. How does this look for a 3 week fix
10 degree incline 3 sets of 12
lat pull 3 sets of 12
shoulder press 3 sets of 12
squats 3 sets of 12
biceps curls 2 sets of 12
pressdowns 2 sets of 12
abs 3 sets of 20
rest between sets are 30 seconds
and then 15 minutes of HITT every day!
What do you guys think. I am at about 11 % bF now.
