Frequency & load progression

For my next cycle I wanted to see how I handle high frequency.  I am going to work full body (only 8 sets: squats, deads, dips, incline, pulls, bent over rows, military press, and shrugs) 7 times a week.  Looks like this...

Sunday-Thursday are on days and on Friday I do a double day before Saturday which is my rest day.  Too much or should I give it a shot?  Anyone else tried a similar plan?

Also, Im planning to repeat a few more weights than usual but Im not sure if Im overdoing it.  Does the higher frequency allow me to repeat weights more often?  Does the decreased time between workouts affect how I can use progression?  For example, using 205 for 3 workouts before moving up to 225 for the next 3 workouts, ok or not?
 
Insight from people who have tried plans geared towards higher frequency would be much appreciated.
