today was hell. strength felt good, but my overall energy levels were low. i felt like i was chewed up and spat out after. arm isos are getting too heavy now. think i'll stop them.

good sesh today considering weights were really heavy. happy with chins and shoulders, bit disappointed with chest and squats.
