okay there is a hypertrophy specific way, and a strength specific way... but does a cuts specific training protocol do exist?!
i mean some people say they do nothing special just diet and do cardio, others seem to increase intensity emphasising some training techniques.
i had never made a cutting cycle and planning to do one.
any changes u made in hst, diet and supplements.. i would like to share the wisdom of other experienced ones for this cutting for summer :D

If I cut my calories too much I lose lots of muscle. So, when cutting, I eat slightly below maintenance calories and do lots of cardio. Also, be sure to supplement protein before and after cardio, just as you would with weight training. Works for me.

agreed. rather than a low calorie diet i prefer increased number of sets and more cardio.. maybe cafein pirior to cardio, and high volume..
