okay there is a hypertrophy specific way, and a strength specific way... but does a cuts specific training protocol do exist?!
i mean some people say they do nothing special just diet and do cardio, others seem to increase intensity emphasising some training techniques.
i had never made a cutting cycle and planning to do one.
any changes u made in hst, diet and supplements.. i would like to share the wisdom of other experienced ones for this cutting for summer
