Nope never heard of it. It appears to be a more personalized training system geared to function.

Training should be to improve your body specific to the function you plan to use it for and the human body will adapt.

You can see the difference in body development between swimmers and long distance runners, weight lifters and body builders, cyclists and shot putters, etc.

If you've got other functions you want to pursue with your body...then specialized training is probably a best choice.
