Here we go again!!

    Hi guys,

    Used to do HST years ago, since then done numerous program's, Wendler 531 and doggcrapp to name a couple

    Yes have had some gains in strength and size but recently since becoming busier in work and having 2 baby boys life is a lot busier and sleep unfortunately isn't as guaranteed! So thought doing HST with its structured lighter sessions should serve me well.

    Also strength has been my main goal of recent years so want switch to more hypertrophy based.

    I will do a A/B split (M,W,F) with light cardio on days off possibly some hill sprints ( thoughts on his?)

    1x12
    2x8
    3x5
    4x5?? Maybe add rest/pause instead of adding 4th set, thoughts??

    Split is

    A
    DL
    MP
    Pull ups
    Incline press
    Curls

    B
    Squats
    BB Rows
    Bench
    Dip
    Chins

    Will try and consume approx 3000-3500 cals a day

    Started yesterday and went like this

    A
    DL - 100k x 12 ( up to 120k next)
    MP - 40k x 12 ( 45k next)
    Pull ups - bodyweight x 12 (+5k next)
    Incline press 60k x 12 (65k next)
    DB curls 12k x 12 (14k next)
