Whole milk 500 mL - 300 cal.
large banana -150 cal.
icecream - 200 cal.
PB - 200 cal.
whey - 130 cal.
flax seed oil - 80 cal. ( not sure just a guess )

Total : ~ 1000 calories

any ideas are MUCH appreciated.

it'll be easy to meet my bodybuilding needs now :)

I'll share with you a secret:

1 Cup cottage cheese
24oz skim milk
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter optional

~900 calories, ~100 g protein without peanut butter

~1100 cal/ ~110g protein with peanut butter

:)

You've gotta blend up the oatmeal first. Put it in alone and make it into a kind of powder, otherwise you'll be choking on the stuff near the bottom.

I have 1 or two of these a day :)

Starting my HST program next week, so thought I'd give this recipe a whirl for my breakfasts and post-workout refuel - good work, insane_man. Not only is this thing packed with protein, but it actually tastes nice too! Kinda like a healthy thick thickshake. I put in an extra banana and a bit of honey to sweeten it up a bit, and it's choice!

Add walnuts/pecans if you are not concerned with the added fat.

Another good one:

2 cups slices peaches -85 cal
2 scoops vanilla whey- 200
2 cups skim milk- 160
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter-190 or 4 oz Chopped Nuts
2 cups Sugar Free Ice Cream-440
or 1 cup Ice Cream and 1 cup Cottage Cheese
