How to Boost appetite

Hey guys,

I want to know if there is any way i can boost my appetite???

(other then AAS)

I take B vitamins and C... any other tricks or tips?

One option is to eat faster carbs, sugar type carbs. This can sometimes boost the appetite some.

Other than that you may have to resort to less legal means i.e. some of that green plant normally grown in some guys basement.
 
I don't know why, but eating spinach always makes me hungry in the next 30 mins. I often eat 2 big chicken breasts and a steak and find myself starving after devouring a huge bowl of spinach.
 
Instead of trying to boost appetite, you can try to manipulate things the other way by eating foods that don't fill you up as much.

i want to put my over all intake of calories to about 4000...

Eating ground beef takes FOREVER... so i don't think this will last. i don't feel like buying buckets upon buckets of weight gianer so i'll look into making a quality shake that will give me a quick 1000 cals. ( QUALITY though )
