I've decided to try adding an EFA supplement to my regimen, but I'm at a loss and horribly confused as to what to look for in one. Fish oil? Flax oil? Liquid or gelcap? What sort of recommended dosage? What's the difference between EFA vs. CLA (or is that even a sensible question?) I know there is an FAQ entry that touches on this, but I have to admit that I've read it and I'm still a little lost (and unclear about all the acronyms...). Not looking for product advertising, just a little advice on what one should look for.
