hi guys n gals, i would appreciate a little feed back on my HST cycle.
im currently cutting, and am also short on time hence the rather short excersise list
deadlifts, ( with a shrug and calf raise. )
leg press
pull ups
cable rows
inc bench
flat bench
clean n press
skull crusher
db curl
gonna be doing 15, 10, 5, 5 + drop.
4 days per week, followed by 20 min (inc warm up) HIIT.
just came up with this schedule, so will be spending the next couple of weeks finding my max's and SD'ing
