Hst alternate workout

Hello, my name is Frank and I want to try this workout "hst"
A
Front Squat
Leg Curl
Incline Bench Press
Chin-ups
Shoulder press
curl
French Press
Calf
abs
B
Leg press
Stiff legged deadlift
dip
Rows
Upright Row
curl
Tricips station
Calf
abs

What percentage of load should I use?
Week 1 A 80% B 80% A90% Week 2: B90% A 100% B 100%
is correct??
 
That is fine.

Though I would switch the upright rows to "A", and the shoulder press to "B". Incline press and shoulder press on the same day is a disaster, they are too similar with too much overlap of the same pressing muscles.

Other than that, looks fine.

In general, upright rows are tough on the shoulder joints. If you feel you must do them, use a wide grip that will lessen, but not totally eliminate, injury potential.
