Hello there fellow lifters, this is my first post. 
After a lot of reading, I assembled (sp?) my first routine. It looks like this:
squat
leg curl
inlcine dumbell press
push-ups
pull downs
seated rows
schoulder press
lateral raise
dumbell curls
tricep pushdowns
calf raises
I'm not really sure about the shoulder and back exercises. Are they adequate?
Please correct my routine where necessary.
