I would really like to cut down on some body fat but I run into the consistant problem with my sugar. Nothing worse than the high speed shakes to screw up your day. As far as bulking up I do great and never have a problem.
Does anyone know of any good books or articles on the subject. Or would something like the ab diet be just fine for someone in my condition.
