I am thinking that percentages will be the best way to organize my increments, after a 10 day sd will start at 70% of a given rep max and working up in 5% increments work best? or should I be starting closer to rep max? and using smaller increments?
Are my increments for Leg press etc too large by virtue of percentage? How do the increments look over all?

Leg Press 15RM - 170, 180, 190, 200, 210, 220 kg
10RM - 210,220,230,240,250,260 kg
5RM - 280, 290,300,310,320,330kg
Chinups/Pulldowns kg's
15RM - 40, 42.5, 45, 45, 47.5, 50 (pull down machine)
10 RM - 47.5, 50, 52.5, 55, 57.5, 60 (pull down machine)
5 RM - Bw (90kg), + 2.5, +5, +7.5, +10 (chins)
