Injured right leg.  Should I continue to train

I strained my right hamstring and now can't train my right thigh. Should I continue to train left thigh through one-legged leg extensions and leg curls?

I think I read something once that if you train one side of your body, the other side gets stronger even if you don't train it.
 
I have heard that as well. But I don't know if it is true. Maybe one of the "smart" guys will chime in here and help you out.
 
Train your other leg only for a few days. Although I have never strained a hamstring, they can be tough to heal and may require more than a couple days.
