My primary goal is to lose fat. Im 184 cm and my weight is 100 kg. I'm rather new to BB - so I haven't got all that much muscle weight yet. (i.e. very much of the 100 kg is fat).
My long time goal is to build muscles - but be clearly defined (the 6 packs is a must).
My question is - is HST the right choise for me?
Obviously I can't expect to gain much muscles while losing 20 kg og body weight. On the other hand - I wouldn't like to actually lose to much of my muscles
So question #2 - How much muscle weight should I expect to gain/loose?
Unfortunately I don't know my BF% - So I know the question will be rather hard to answer - but any guidelines, hints or ... would be appriciated.
