is this enough protein during SD?

I have noticed I have been having about a .6g/lb intake of protein per day since starting my SD (Saturday) More or less, this is due to the lack of milk in my fridge, but should that be enough within the next week and a half to sustain muscle mass?

You are not going to lose your muscle mass in a week or so even with lower protein intake
