Is this too much SD? 25 Days?

Ok. I'm SDing right now, but I am doing running, pushups, and situps. I am preparing myself for a AF PFT. I finished my shortened routine on 1 MAR. The PFT is 23 MAR. This upcoming week is spring break. I won't be partying it up, but I will be away from my gym town. I dont want to start the next HST cycle on 20 MAR because I would probably be really tired and sore for the PFT. So is it really that bad to SD for that long even if I am doing PUsh ups and Sit ups 3 times a week (60-80 PU and 55-80 SU)? Running will probably be every day because I have a short term goal to reach. Once the HST cycle comes back in, my individual running will probably 3 times a week.

Looking at life with a little realism, it comes down to what is important, obviously your PFT. I wouldn't worry too much about the longer SD, at least when you hit it again you can be fairly sure of your conditioning state. Naturally the PU may impact it but not by much. Good luck with PFT.
