Just started HMB, quick Question...

As i train AM/PM 3x week, I have been taking 1g pre and post AM workout and 1g pre/post PM workout but none on Tuesdays and thursday, is this correct? Only when doing weights?
 
All the research showing beneficial effects have subjects taking HMB everyday. I would also suggest you take it everyday. The reason is that your cells will use HMB while repairing and growing in response to your training. This growth/repair process goes on even on days when you don't train.
