Hi guy, my question is, let's say I am on 15RM, if I can do more than 15 reps on 15RM, should I just do it as more reps as possible as I don't go to failure, or just stop when I hit the target?
IMO it doesn't really matter. You will get more work in doing an amrap but you will also get more fatigue. If you aren't concerned with the fatigue the amrap is fine. However I am not sure what value you will take away from hitting your old 15rm for 17 or whatever unless you intend to use this to map out your next cycle's maxes.
