Leptin and vit E

Is it a good idea to take up to 800 IU of vit E for hypertrophy (through increased leptin production), or do the antioxidant properties of vit E counteract this beneficial effects of leptin?

Leptin doesn't really encourage hypertrophy. Leptin acts to protect muscle tissue while dieting.

Just make sure you get the RDA for Vit E each day and you'll be set.
