Localized fat deposit problem

After a few HST cylces, I have been unable to remedy a problem that I encountered a while back. Somehow, possibly from carelessly using prohormones, I have some very localized fat deposits right underneath my nipples. This is a BIG pain as I have been able to work down to a relatively low bodyfat %(5-6% on a good day) and I feel that it ruins my physique. I have thought of using a product like FL7 or Ab-Solved or something to that effect, but wanted to see if anyone has had any success stories, or had any advice. Thanks!!
 
FL7 would most definitely not work for this.

Ab-Solved might, as I have seen some reports of this. Better yet would be Lipoderm-Ultra or perhaps Prevent by Xtreme Formulations.
 
Another possibility might be Lipo ODB, as some are reporting pec fat losses using this. I have not tried it however.
