Methoxyisoflavone and Ipriflavone

What do you think of Methoxyisoflavone and Ipriflavone? Do they build muscle? Are there any side effects?
 
I believe Blade also uses ipriflavone. However, I remember reading that Blade uses it to promote healthy tendons and ligaments rather than the advertised muscle building effects. I'm not aware of any studies that suggest ipriflavone helps you gain lean mass although the supplement manufacturers claim that such studies exist in Romania.
