Microwaving Frozen Veges?

On the go often, and I need to cook my veges fast. Is microwaving frozen veges unsafe, and does it damage the nutrition.

Sorry for the dumb question, I hear so many conflicting statements on this.

No. Microwaving just causes hte molecules to vibrate, which heats up the food. Just like boiling/steaming or whatever.
