MRP diet

Bryan, Blaze, Aaron_F, Steve McDermott, et al. I have used MRP's successfully in the past as my main source of nutrition. Now that HST offers not one, but two different MRP's, I was looking for input on which to use and why. Do I need to use both for the pre and post w/o regimen? Also, what should be added to complete the nutrition profile, perhaps omega-3's and fiber? Any problems with using five servings per day?
