MRP Diet

Let me try this forum. Bryan, Blaze, Aaron_F, Steve McDermott, et al. I have used MRP's successfully in the past as my main source of nutrition. Now that HST offers not one, but two different MRP's, I was looking for input on which to use and why. Do I need to use both for the pre and post w/o regimen? Also, what should be added to complete the nutrition profile, perhaps omega-3's and fiber? Would the vitamin/mineral profile be complete?
 
I've never tried the HSN line but I get all of my protein / mrp's from protein factory. Even if you don't buy from there, it's a great site to research individual powders and formulas. And no, I don't work for them.... just got tired of wasting money at GNC.

these supplements are meant to be just that: SUPPLEMENTS! I wouldn't want to be drinking all my meals, using MRPs as my "main source of nutrition."
