Here is what I am planning for my first cycle of HST. Please let me know what you think and what I should change or not.
Day 1.                                          Day 2.
Squats                                          Dead Lifts
Bench Flat                                     Incline DB Bench
Chins                                            Seated Rows
DB Shoulder Press                          Laterals
Shrugs                                          Bent Laterals
Biceps                                           Biceps
Tricep                                            Triceps
Abs                                               Abs
                                                   Dips (after seated row)
I will have to see about alternating the Squats and DL's as I have been used to HIT training for these movements and think that the increased reps will be too much to do these even in alternating workouts. I will see what happens but I am thinking that they may still only be done once a week each with some SLDL's done on my squat days.
Do any of you mix HST and HIT training depending on the movements as mentioned above? Do think that I could do the HST style training for all the above and then do HIT training for the squats and DL's once a week as I am accustomed to?
All feedback is greatly appreciated and I am really looking forward to trying out something new.

Hey Captain,

A question and a comment. --- How often are you planning on training? 3 days a week? 6 days a week? That would effect the answer to your question.

I would substitute weighted dips or decline for your flat bench. Hit'em high and hit 'em low. The middle takes care of itself. Dips are one of the "big four" compound movements.

Peace, Bob

My plan is to workout 3 days/week alternating the two workouts listed. Sorry I forgot to list Dips on the Day 2 list. I love doing dips and they are one of my strongest movements.

I'll edit the above list for anyone else reading it.

Thanks
