I think I am gaining a decent understanding of the HST philosophy. I am excited to try the program out, and I think it might work well with my limited time schedule. I want to start HST next monday, but I haven't taken 9 to 12 days off yet. Can I go ahead and start the program and do a 9 to 12 day SD after my first cycle? I have been lifting sporadically lately, and I haven't really followed a program strictly in some time. Feedback would be greatly appreciated!
