My Nutrition Plan ... Is the time okay?

Well i'm going to find my maxes, take the last week or 2 off of lifting, and then start the program full out diet and training when school starts.

Heres what i've got going on:
3500 Cals
195g P
90g F
475g C

I'm going to have 5 meals a day. Here's how it goes.

7 AM Breakfast
10 AM Lunch
2:45-3 PM Pre-WO Shake
4-5 PM Post-WO Shake
6-7 PM Dinner

Is the long split between Lunch and Pre-WO allright? My only problem is the long gap between eating real food and not just a shake. Is this a big deal? I'll ask more questions as we get along if need be, just comment or anything on this.

Everything looks great, however, I would try not to fast for 12 hours. If you could break that up by having a small midnight snack, your body would never go into "temporary starving mode." I eat at 6am, 9am, 12pm, then at 6pm, and midnight. However your and my goals may be different. I am fairly happy with my composition, I am trying to SLOWLY gain some weight, my goal is about 1-2lbs every month. If you are trying to burn more fat than gain muscle, I would eat again (much smaller meals of course) at 3pm and 9pm. Keep a food log and make sure to watch your overall caloric intake (the main determinant).
