hi just wondering if someone could give me an idea of my calorie intake for the day, i eat the same mon-fri and ease up on the weekend
meal 1 : misc ceral 2 cups with 1 1/2 cups of skim milk
And 1/2 cup cottage cheese
meal 2: 2 sandwiches, slice of gouda cheese, 50 grams roast beef on each mustard on carabrese bread.
meal 3: 1/2 cup raw rice = ?? cooked rice with one can of white albacore tuna, and 1 cup brocoli
meal 4: 1 1/2 cups of hashbrowns with 8 liquid egg whites
And 1 1/2 cups of skim milk
meal 5: chicken breast, 1/2 cup raw rice = ?? cooked rice
And 1 cup of brocoli
Also 1 1/2 cups of skim milk
meal 6: usually just some Mr noodle for filler or some ceral
* at work during the day i drink two litres of ice tea or orange juice.
well that about sums it up, Just curious what sorta intake im doing on a daily basis.
