Need some input on 18 week diet while on gear

I will be starting a 18 week cycle, (first one) 3 on 2 off...

now im really lean 5 10, 175lbs and wanna bulk

id just like soem suggestions how i should do my diet, im thinking 20 calories per body weight and 1 g of protein per body weight... alot of people have said even though i wanna bulk i should keep carbs way low and even to just get them from canned and fresh fruits instead of yams, potatoes and rice.

biggest thing is i wanna make sure im eating enough while on this cycle and not to cheat myself...
also whats a good ratio for solid meals to shakes a day?

well answered alot of my questions from 3-4 hours of browsing on the net,

just 2 quick questions :

is 1.5 protein per BW fine while on gear? or should it be upped closer to 2.0 grams?

second... your daily fat intake, do you have to set up a daily goal or do you just take what you get from all teh other foods you eat?? Im *thinking* you just take what you get and then figure calories out after.. But i wanted to ask first to be on the safe side
