Hey Guys  haven't been on here in a while  -- still lifting though.

I heard a guy talk about Legal Gear Sciences Methyl 1-D.  Anyone know anything about it.  and what about Methyl 1-P? seems on line supplement shops have dropped it

The best review of what's floating around out there is probably a couple article written by Pat Arnold in MD a few months back. I'll try to find them and give you more details.
