Hi guys,
i'm in the preocess of planning my third cycle of HST, which i will start after i finish Ian King's 12 weeks to super strength. Could you guys have a look at the workout i have put together and offer any comments/suggetions/improvements.... any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am planning a A/B split to add a bit of variety to my workout, where there is no alternate i will be doing the exercise on both A and B.

SLDL / leg curls & ext.
DB Bench
Flyes
lat pulldown
seated rows/ bent over rows
close grip bench / seated overhead tri ext
bi curls
reverse bi curls
seated DB shoulder press
Seated lateral raises / BB shoulder press to front
dips
abs
