Hello everyone - I just started measuring my RMs this week. Can't wait to get on with the training after the first SD!
Here is the routine I was thinking of, please advise if it looks ok.
frequency - 3 times per week.
2 sets each of the following exercises during 15RM, 10RM, 5RM
Leg Press
LEg Curls
Leg Extensions
Seated Calf Raises
Bench Press (Smith)
Incline Dum Press
Lat Pulldown
Upright Rows
Dum Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises
Barbell Curls OR Preacher Curls
Cable Pushdowns
Cunches
Shrugs
My question is if I split up upper body and lower body and do 3 times per week each is it ok? This way I would do upper body Monday, Wed & Fri and do lower body Tues, Thur, Sat. Is this ok?
