Hi!
Does glycogen depletes with aerobics exercising?
Im thinking of doing weight lifting and aerobic exercise from monday to friday..., is the aerobic exercise going to deplete my glycogen significatively so I won't have anything left on friday??.
Im thinking about one hour of aerobic exercise per day...

Yes and no, glycogen will deplete but depending on the activity and intensity fat will be utilized more. To mobilize the fat cells use low intensity long duration aerobic activity.

But from what I replied to in your other post you are either in or plan on going into ketosis so your glycogen levels will be low or non existent already. This will only lead to burning fat for fuel but glycogen depleted ketosis also leads to water loss and water loss leads to muscle volumization loss, even though you might not be using youir muscle's amino's for fuel you will look smaller. To help combat this drink plenty, I mean plenty of water. Believe it or not you will also want to increase your fat intake. EFA and CLA will help drop off some of the adipose tissue along with the aerobics and ketosis.
