I just started training and, by the review of some HST articles, I think this training method have a solid foundation, I can't wait to try it.
However, I still have some questions:
1) There's only a sample HST routine in the article section. Is that the most effective one or if there are any others ? Some here are mentionning the "vanilla" routine, what is that ? where can I find the details of it ? IMO there sould be a forum section devoted to different HST routines.
2) After a complete cycle, how a re supposed to start the second one ? Do we need to start determing the RM's again ? or if we start with 5-20 lbs more than the previous cycle ? If I do the last, I'll never know if I can lift those additionnal ponds before starting day 5 or 6.
