Off-season sodium intake

Whatever it takes to add sufficient flavour to your food....

I mean, unless you were consuming salt by the bag or from tons of processed food, sodium itself is not a worry.

Furthermore, if you are drinking sufficent water, any excess sodium is washed out.

There are guidelines recommended by the mainstream health authorities though. I think it's no more than 2000mg per day for adults. Do a search on "salt intake healthy" and see what you get.

Godspeed, and happy HSTing :)

Your goal is simply ot find sodium "balance". Whether off season of pre-contest, sodium balance will result in the best condition.
