One last cardio ?

I read the post on cardio while cutting and was wondering what the thoughts were if someone were not at the cutting stage yet (I could stand to lose some across the middle) don't want to hurt gains with the weights though-just starting my second cycle.
 
if you feel like its cutting time then you should cut, you can continue bulking afterwards.. you cant really do both at the same time naturally.

if you feel like you are gaining too much fat, you should lower your cal intake
