I'm in the SD process right now, but next week I get to start my first cycle of HST and I'm very excited about it. I want to get the best results possible though and I'm putting alot of thought into what my routine will look like... this is what I've come up with so far. Please let me know what you guys think...
Monday:

Stiff Leg Deadlift (1 set)

Incline Press (2 sets)
Decline Press (1 set)
Shrugs (2 set)
Abs (1 set)
Tuesday:
Bent Rows (2 sets)
Lat Pulldowns (1 set)
Behind neck shoulder Press (1 set)
Lateral Raises (1 set)
Rear Delt Machine (1 set)
Close-grip Bench Press (2 sets)
Hammer Curls (2 set)
Wednesday: Repeat Monday
Thursday: Repeat Tuesday
Friday: Repeat Monday
Saturday: Repeat Tuesday
Sunday: Off
