PLs. critique my diet

i lowered my calorie intake to 3000 (from 3500) i lost 2 pounds? what happened?

but i swear my stomach is a lot smaller now.[and everything looks more defined]
 
I read an earlier post about a couple spoons of vinegar before high-carbs to reduce bloating (if thats what it is).

I definately bloat after 1/2 litre of milk with gainer!

Just checking, you weren't eat 3500 calories on your rest days, were you? That's not such a good idea.

Best to eat less carbs on your rest days (3000 sounds right for you) and more during your WO days, emphasizing right and through the first 3 hours after training.

I'm a little uncomfortable with your 3:1 carb to protein ratio. That's fine if you have a blazing ecto-ish metabolism, but I sort of feel most people do better with a bit more protein and a bit less carbs. Anyway, it's something to think about.

yes i'm increasing the protein i'm eating and lowering the carbs especially i'm in the 5s/post 5s (i referred to the skinny man example on your post in customizing HST thread )

so i'm now eating about 3100 on WO days and 2800 on non-wo days. (same amount of fat, higher protein and less carbs)
i'm still going to search how i will change my diet on HIIT days.
