Proper order of exercises...

Leg Curls
Incline Chest
Dips
Chins
Bent over Row
Shrugs
Shoulder Press
Rear Lateral Raise
Biceps
Triceps
Abs
Calves


Does that look like the right order to do these exercises? Also, W & N Grip Chins, do I alternate them every workout?
 
That's pretty much the order I have my workout set up. The only difference is that I put my calves after my Quad and Ham training.
However, I am far from an expert on HST, but I have had great results with the way I have it set up so far.

Here's the order I would use:

Leg Press
Leg Curls
Incline Chest
Chins
Dips
Bent over Row
Shoulder Press
Rear Lateral Raise
Calves
Shrugs
Triceps
Biceps
Abs
 
I try to rest the arms before training them by training the lower body.

If it is getting hard for the legs, I suggest you do them in second, that will put you "in the mood" for hard work. I have to say that I do breathing squats for the legs so it's always hard. I don't know how it is to train the legs with HST. I do that because I have a problem with my knees and I want to train my legs as little as possible ( I do 1 set of breathing squat per week)

That would be something like that:

Incline Chest
Leg Press > in second to be "in the mood" if it's hard.
Chins
Dips
Bent over Row
Shoulder Press
Rear Lateral Raise
Shrugs
Leg Curls > To give time to the arms to recover.
Calves >
Triceps
Biceps
Abs
