well, i've now tried 3 different kinds of protein powder supplements: GNC, Designer, and EvoPro. all 3 make me nauseated...its not the immediate taste, but like an after-taste or even after smell, not sure but it makes me wanna blow chunks.
am i just out of luck or is there any alternative?
last few times i've forced it down and kept it down, but i've been so nausated my entire workout; it's really detracting from the experience.
any ideas?
