Can anyone recommend a good low carb high protein supplement, something that mixes well and tastes good?
Will try the hsn stuff when its available but need to replace mine soon....

NEXCARE Iso XP is excellent mixes well and no after taste. 33g Protein and 1g carb No Aspertame Made in Canada. I also like the Precision Iso-Pro 30 g Protein 1.6g carbs like the NXCARE it mixes well seems to be a good product made in the US of A
I also will be trying the HSN products in the near future
