out of the total ammount of protein you eat in a day what % is liquid and solid, cos i got the shits and im thinking im using too much liquid protein(60% of my protein for the day comes from liquid(supplements))
 
That is not a side effect of either solid or supplemental protein intake. It is just a result of increased protein intake, period. I don't know that there is anything that can be done about it. Possibly increased fiber intake. That helps me.
 
Is there anything detrimental to the body's absorbsion of protein (by having the runs) or is it just an unpleasant side effect?
