I have been taking ephedra for the past 3 months and it is not helping me get that last few pounds off. I heard about Clenbuterol and how it is different than ephedra. I am considering trying it and I was wondering how much should a 175lb.,5'10" man take per day. Also, should it be taken in smaller doses like say every 2 hours or so like you do with ephedra? I know it only works for about 3 weeks or so, but this may be long enough to get the last few pounds off. Please someone advise me, I am in the dark on this one.
