bought some oats today from the organics store - they're rolled
they look like this:
Fitday has a listing for "oats" and "oats, raw" and then a bunch of stuff that is irrelevant like various brand name stuff that's mixed in with other stuff.
Fitday lists oats as having around 600 calories per cup, yet raw oats have 311 per cup.
I'm not sure why this is - maybe raw oats have less calories per unit volume, but not necessarily per unit weight.
Either way, I'd like to know how many calories are in rolled oats.
Over here it says 160 for half a cup (so 320 for a full cup):

I blend the oats in with my homemade shake, in case you're wondering what I use it for.
I want to get the most protein/carbs/micronutrients as possible - are rolled the way to go?
