Questions about Lyle's stubborn fat post

Just a few questions:
* What does "stubborn fat" mean. (ie is it localized, general fat when you hit a platter)
* Is it useful to take some B6 with the caffeine and L-tyrosine (to boost dopamine)
* Should you have a small amount of carbs (20-30g) shortly after the low intensity cardio in order to blunt cortisone

The "stubborn fat" he refers to is usually localized. It's the last pounds of fat you need to lose, which tend to be much more difficult to mobilize. This type of fat has more alpha-2 receptors, which Bryan sometimes calls a "brake for fat cells."

I'll leave the other two interesting questions to those better qualified -- but I suspect that if Lyle thought the 20g of carbs were worth taking after the workout, he'd have said so!

If you thigh skinfold is 30mm, then you dont have to worry about stubborn fat yet. Usually noticed in males once they get very lean, usually around the waist/lower abs.
Women get it in hips/thighs as well as some on the lower abs.

No, it goes agaist the concept, because he doesnt want you to eat straight after training because eating will blunt fat burning (to an extent), and if you are wanting to achieve peak conditioning, this may be something that isnt ideal. (peak as in competition peak)
For people nowhere near competition level, there is no real need to bother with this, because its really getting to the extreme level. It wont make much of a difference, but the difference may be the difference between being 'off' or 'on' in competition.

The Stubborn fat cardio is it better than a cardio of low intensity(constant)?

They could put an example of stubborn fat cardio?

Thank's
