is there any need to cycle r-ala/ala - therefore to make breaks? and is it a good idea to take creatine at the same time because it works betther with higher insulin/carbintake and r-ala does the opposite?
im gonna send bryan an email about that if he doesnt see this post...you can purchase it on 1fast400...its not that expensive if you just use 300mg rala daily (or 600 ala)
