Refeeding and SD

Hi everybody,

I'm on a TKD now, and I would like to know when it would be best for me to refeed for my HST cycle. I will cut all cardio during my SD.

Would it be better:
- the first day or 2 of my SD.
- slowly during my SD - in 3-4 days or so.
- stay in keto for the first few days of my SD to try to loose a bit more, then refeed.
- get back to a normal non-keto diet during my SD, and finish the refeed right before my first w/o.
- stay in keto with small caloric deficit during the whole SD and refeed the day before my first workout
- stay in keto with limited caloric deficit and refeed slowly after my first workout. - in 3-4 days or so.

I read that it was better to refeed more slowly because it leads to less fat gains. How many days is the optimum?

Would it be better to refeed while doing some cardio to limit fat gains, doing HIIT for instance?
