I've just established my 15 RMs for all the exercises that I'll be using for atleast my first cycle...this took a long time considering I'm using 2 different 2-day spilt routines. I'd like to avoid having to do this for 10s and 5s so I can get started. I saw a post by keebler elf that referred to a rep calculator. Can someone give me a pointer?
